Returns and Exchanges

We will do our best to give you the best shopping experience possible.

If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise we will work with you to replace, refund or exchange the item within 7 days in the UK or 14 days outside the UK.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with any return shipments.

All items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed, worn, used or altered in any way. 

Exchanges will be at the discretion of management and will be only for an identical item to the original purchase.

Any requests to change or cancel an order placed must be made as soon as possible.

Please contact us with your original order details and we will do our best to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete any change or cancellation. 

We are unable to replace or refund orders incorrectly shipped due to incorrect details supplied by customer.
